Suzy Xu Shuang

Nuosu people, mostly living in the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan province, is one of the most ancient ethnic groups in China with a unique language, art, culture. As they were forced into communist society from tribal society since 1950’, the core tradition and spirit have been faded away. 

 

I reproduced the photos in the way I found certain connections with the ancient souls.
